We undertake a comprehensive screening process of all our candidates. Every aspect of employment is researched and evaluated including qualifications and eligibility to work in the UK. Our candidates are sourced from the UK and abroad (including Europe, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa) enabling us to cater for a broad range of vacancies.
We have a high number of registrations and only retain those who are dedicated, consistent, reliable, highly skilled and hard working. All of our candidates are personally interviewed (not over the phone) in order to obtain a first hand account of their skills and experience.
We also invest heavily in advertising to capture the leading candidates.
CSCS (Construction Services Certification Scheme) cards will soon play a vital role in the construction industry. Not only do we assess candidates on the appropriate card for their level of skill and experience, we have also implemented a scheme whereby we assist them in obtaining via guidance on training, along with financial support and therefore all our candidates are not only qualified but fully competent in health and safety practise.
